What a horrendous situation to be in during the holidays: eat too little, and your family criticizes you; eat too much, and you feel stuffed and (in the past) want to purge. You can&#039;t win either way, so it does seem like the best thing for now is to have Thanksgiving your own way, taking your time to eat the food that you truly want, and saving the rest for later. I am impressed that you are able to make peace with a less-than-perfect solution to this holiday dilemma, and with you a happy Thanksgiving!</description>
